1. Trick your body into THERMOGENESIS

Thermogenesis is a long word that basically means the body is burning off body fat for energy and heat. That's it. Are you interested in learning what you can do for just 20 seconds a day that would cause your body to burn off fat for over 4 hours after you did THIS TRICK?

Well, it's very simple. All you do is rinse your body off with REALLY COLD WATER for 20 seconds after you've completed your normal shower.
